Mounds View to issue fines to residents with fewer than 3 appliances in yard.

In an effort to maintain it’s charm, the city of Mounds View will begin issuing citations to homes displaying less than 3 used appliances from street view. It’s been a long standing tradition that later became law, a law that was loosely enforced until now. Homeowners and squatters have until the end of the day to class up their lawns.
